Course Description
Below we have the course description, which can

Stage 1: Trail Running, 9km. Loose sand beaches and technical
trails.
Stage 2: MTB (mountain bike), 28km. Urban stretch compound
level with the ground and off-road safe.
Stage 3: Trail Running, 8.5km. Dunes and sand trails.
Stage 4: Kayak, 8 or 13 km *. Lagoon with the possibility of
wind and waves.
recreational kayak = 8km / performance kayak= 13km
Stage 5: MTB (mountain bike), 14.5 km. Sandy path, but you
can pedal.
Stage 6: Trail Running, 7km. Path in the woods, very technical
and very hilly.
Stage 7: Kayak, 9.5 km. River tidal swamp, and the last mile
warm-sea (bay).
Stage 8: Trail Running, 4km. Hard sand beach and trail.
